Amalia Goldwasser From the beginning, Amalia has had a remarkable ability to envision the potential of something in its most raw state. Raised in modest surroundings, she remembers seeing beauty in humble things. Having a back ground in clothing design, the pursuit of beauty and simple elegance naturally extended to the home. Essentially self taught – Amalia applied her design principles to home décor. Turning her needle & thread from garments to home fashion, she began designing luxurious pillows, bedding, window necessities and exquisite interiors. Today, she owns and operates a growing design business and runs an eponymous showroom. She also heads the design projects and personally designs, selects and buys each item in her showroom and for her clients. Together with her husband and business partner, Todd, they raise two beautiful daughters. Todd Goldwasser An entrepreneur at heart, Todd followed the advice of successful business owners and earned a degree in public accounting from Augsburg College. His experience as a Senior Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick, Minneapolis launched him into his current entrepreneurial venture – Amalia G., Incorporated. The structural design of the Amalia G. business model is a direct result of Todd’s keen business sense and experience in the professional accounting industry. Todd’s belief in what he does, ability to adapt, and strong problem solving capabilities have taken Amalia G. to the level it is today.
